Services are provided by Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses consistent with the personalized treatment plan established by your Physician. Various procedures are performed in the home including wound care, diabetic management, ostomy care, catheter care and injections.
Physical Therapy
Registered Physical Therapists help regain physical function and improve range of motion in order to preserve your ability to move about safely and independently. The spectrum of services a therapist provides is inclusive of gait training, use of wheelchairs, walkers, artificial limbs and pain control.
Home Health Aides
Certified Nursing Assistants support patients with activities of daily living and personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, light housekeeping and preparing light meals.
Speech Therapy
Registered Speech Therapists provide an effective program to assist in the recovery of communication skills. They also evaluate and treat swallowing problems that are medically related.
Occupational Therapy
Restoration of daily living skills is accomplished by our Registered Occupational Therapists. Through teaching of innovative methods to perform these skills and use of assistive devices, their goal is to promote independence.
Medical Social Services
Our Licensed Clinical Social Workers are familiar with a number of community resources to aid persons in need. They assist in solving problems that may arise due to illness including social, financial and transportation issues.
